All BASE custom sticks are put into production at our factory once you place your order. We have a turn-around time of approximately 10 to 14 weeks of production time before your product will ship.Due to Covid.19 shipping across borders has slowed delivery time .
Please note the the expedited shipping options do not improve this standard production turn-around time and only affect the shipping speed once the sticks have been sent to one of our shipping providers.
Orders are shipped from our factory to Vancouver BC.
You can also get your products shipped directly to one of our BASE Hubs for pickup. This option is $9.99. Please select the location nearest you during checkout.
